Overcoming Sleep Difficulties

This free, four-week course is for people experiencing sleep difficulties such as not sleeping enough, disrupted sleep or early morning waking. The course aims to help you understand your sleep difficulties, and provide you with techniques which can help to cope with and overcome them.

This free, four-week course is for people experiencing sleep difficulties such as not sleeping enough, disrupted sleep or early morning waking. The course aims to help you understand your sleep difficulties, and provide you with techniques which can help to cope with and overcome them.

Please note – this course is not recommended for individuals with Sleep Apnoea, or for individuals who feel they sleep too much.

Topics covered include:

  • Understanding the relationship between sleep and other conditions
  • Basic strategies for improving the quality of sleep
  • Managing difficult thoughts and expectations• Advanced strategies for improving the quality of sleep

This is a taught course, run in a group format, so although there will be some group discussion it is up to you how much or how little you choose to take part.
