Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

This free 6 week course introduces you to the theory and practice of mindful self-compassion. The aim is to develop a kinder and more compassionate relationship to ourselves and our difficulties, in order to reduce the suffering caused by self-blame, shame and self-critical thoughts.


It is a taught course, run in a group format. Although there may be some group discussion, you can choose how much or how little you take part. However, it is important that you are willing to practice the skills taught in between sessions.
