The course involves a significant element of mindfulness practice both in session and in between sessions at home, and it is important that you can commit to this.

This free course introduces mindfulness and self-compassion practice as a way of counteracting the self-critical thinking and self-blame which can be responsible for depression, low self-esteem, shame, anxiety and many other psychological problems. Through these practices we can learn to be more accepting of, and take better care of our ourselves – especially when we are suffering.

The course involves a significant element of practice both in session and in between sessions at home, and it is important that you can commit to this.

The course runs for 6 weekly sessions.
