Coronary Heart Disease

This course is for people living with a cardiac condition (including people who have had a heart attack, angina, heart surgery, and heart failure). It will teach skills and techniques to adjust and better cope emotionally. This is based on a psychological approach called Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT), which has been shown to be helpful for many people with cardiac problems.
